1BR apt for sublease starting in May. I will be graduating, and my current lease goes until August. I will be moving out between April 30th and May 8th. There is the potential for renting full time in the same apt after the sublease is up also, but not necessary. Nice, small apt. Very quiet, close enough to walk to campus (I do every day).
Large Living room, kitchen with countertop dividing the kitchen and the dining area. Ceiling lights and fans in every room, bedroom is spacious. Patio with sliding door, third floor apartment. Security door to get into the building plus apartment door. Free parking. Water and sewage included, electric is not. Heat and AC installed.
