PSA:
MiddleTown Property Group LLC has gone too far. They are genuine scum bags. The state of IN has already deemed the house I pay over $1000 per month for as "Inhabitable" . This has been a problem since April 15, 2025.
MiddleTown has refused to obey state law, meanwhile charging me out the yinyang and even threatening eviction if I don't continue to pay.
In retaliation to the most current problem as of Friday, Feb 7th, 2026 ; they have refused to call an available plumber.
The pipes froze and burst because they refused to seal the crawlspace of the home back in summer. The cold wind took it's toll.
I begged them to put me in a hotel while I have no way to shower, which they ignored for days.
After continued begging, they sent me to an available rental to use the shower.
I got there and the door was open, lights were on and the place was absolutely disgusting. Fecal matter from mice and human excrement all over in the bathroom. The shower had no curtain.
I am confident this was yet another jab, while trying to cover their butts with a paper trail.
The scum bags who run MiddleTown Property Group watched me testify in a state hearing last month as the Governers Office displayed photos of all the issues with this house.
Issues they refuse to fix.
Since that testimony, MiddleTown has become very sly and cunning while making life a living hell for me at this house.
There are countless others who deal with the corruption of MiddleTown, some have it worse than i do.
Word of advice: Do not let anyone you care about, even a stranger, sign a lease with MiddleTown Property Group.
They are a SLUM LORD company ran by SCUM BAGS.
