Works great, i have MANY pets and has never failed to get up the fur. Used for 6 years. A bunch of extra bags and belts come with it also. Only used shampooer one time. Accessories mostly never used. Stored in garage so a bit dirty looking.

No longer have carpet and use handmop for floors so no longer need this.

Paid over 3k for this new. Will last another 20+years easily. Still have owners manual too if needed.
