The lovely MiddleTown Property Group does not care about the faulty wiring in the home I leased. This disturbing bill hit and I really need help finding a utility charity. Haven't found one in Muncie. Anyone know how to contact a local charity? Up poop creek over here. Aside $7, it's just December's bill. November was astronomical as well and drained my budget.
