What I have here is a restored 1968 Jeep Kaiser M715 military truck, if offers a 230 tornado straight 6, hooked to a 4 speed manual transmission with a high and low gear, 4x4 drive train. The odometer shows 33667 miles, runs, drives, everything seems to work like it should. It is not a speed queen by any means, top speed is like 35mph safely, but wasn't built for speed, It was built rugged to make it through the Vietnam war ERA. I would recommend towing it home unless you are close by, the carburetor still could use a little work, I have a rebuild kit for it. May end up needing it rebuilt if using it for parades, or local cruising. I do have a title for this vehicle, it can be registered like a regular antique truck or car and driven on the road. It offers head lights, tail lights and turn signals, It also has power steering added to it to help make it easier to turn. This a great platform for someone to make a custom truck with a diesel motor, or leave it the way it is.
