*There is a factory defect in the neck of the guitar (see pictures, you may need to enlarge we had a hard time getting a photo of it) but is not very noticeable and cannot be felt when playing the guitar
*One lock on case is broken, the other is stiff to lock and unlock but does stay locked, both will more than likely need replaced, this in no way affects the guitar or its playability
